A Hong Kong trading house, built for repeat orders
Fei Hong Trading Co., Limited was founded in Wan Chai in 2016 by a small team with backgrounds in electronics manufacturing and freight forwarding. Our idea was simple: buy like a factory and communicate like a distributor.
Our story
Nine years of learning what goes wrong
We started by supplying charging accessories to two retail chains in Southeast Asia. Within three years we were consolidating mixed containers for distributors who wanted one supplier for cables, audio, power and spare parts.
That experience shaped how we work today. Most problems in this trade do not happen in the factory — they happen in the gaps: an unapproved sample change, a missing test report, a carton count that does not match the packing list, a container that misses its sailing.
So we built the company around closing those gaps. Every order has a written specification, a named account manager, a defined inspection standard and a document checklist for the destination market. Nothing travels on trust alone.

2016
Founded in Wan Chai
Registered as a Hong Kong trading company, supplying charging and cable ranges to two retail buyers in Singapore and Malaysia.

2018
Quality control desk established
We appointed our first full-time QC coordinator and published a written inspection standard for every supplier we work with.

2020
Audio and wearables added
TWS earbuds, speakers and wearables became our fastest-growing lines as demand shifted to home and mobile listening.

Consolidation capability
Short-term storage and mixed-container consolidation in Hong Kong allowed partners to combine factories into one shipment and one invoice.

2023
Compliance documentation programme
Standardised document packs for the EU, UK and Gulf markets: declarations of conformity, RoHS and REACH statements and UN38.3 summaries for lithium goods.

Private label at scale
OEM and private-label programmes passed a third of total volume, with tooling and artwork handled in-house from brief to production.

Smart home and components
Added IoT devices, networking consumables and service parts for repair and refurbishment partners, bringing the active catalogue past 1,400 SKUs.

Our head office handles contracts, letters of credit, documentation and customer service, while our sourcing and QC colleagues work on-site with factories across the Pearl River Delta.
